When Adobe Live first reached out to us, they were struggling to build an engaged community on Instagram and didn’t have a clear direction on how to use the platform effectively. As the community-driven sector of Adobe, a Fortune 500 company in the creative and tech space, growing a thriving digital community was essential.
Although Adobe Live had been around for years on YouTube, their Instagram presence was inconsistent, sometimes going weeks without posting, with no clear content strategy. Even basic profile optimizations—such as bio setup and follower engagement—were missing.
