When she first started Socials & Stilettos, she was the face of the brand, but as the agency grew, the focus shifted to showcasing the team and agency work rather than just Brittney’s personal presence.

However, Brittney recognized the importance of maintaining a strong personal brand to continue positioning herself as an authority in the industry, inspiring her audience, and building a direct connection with ambitious women and CEOs. The challenge was to create a personal brand presence that didn’t feel too far removed from her existing ventures but still stood on its own as a highly recognizable and powerful brand.
