Kristin Garrity Therapy
THE CHALLENGE
Kristin Garrity is a registered psychotherapist who works at a wellness clinic that was previously supported by our agency. When Kristin came to us, she expressed that she didn’t feel like she had a place to show up authentically as the incredible therapist she is. Her Instagram was a scattered mix of personal posts, including her dog, baseball, and day-to-day life, with no clear direction or professional presence.
Kristin’s biggest challenge was visibility. People might have known she was a therapist, but her approach, values, and offerings weren’t being communicated anywhere online. Without a clear brand identity or platform, her only exposure came from clinic referrals or word of mouth. She needed a space to show up, inspire, educate, and ultimately be seen as an expert in her field.
We met Kristin through a previous client and were already deeply inspired by her unique, out-of-the-box approach to therapy. Unlike all of our other Iconic Brand Development Projects, this was like starting with a blank canvas, but one we already loved and saw immense potential in.
THE SOLUTION
