About the Role

Socials & Stilettos is on a mission to help female-founded brands build iconic businesses, and we’re looking for our next powerhouse team member to help us get there. As our new Brand Growth Manager, you’ll work directly alongside our CEO & Head Socialista to bring bold ideas to life, generate high-value leads, land dream brand collabs, and keep our launch calendar on point.
You’ll be the opportunity-spotter, the connection-maker, and the execution queen behind our next-level growth.
In This Role, You’ll:

Actively generate high-quality, high-value leads for the agency

Manage and optimize visibility opportunities, brand collabs, and partnerships

Support with client acquisition strategies (no sales calls, but you’ll get them booked!)

Build pitch lists and handle outreach to brands, media, and aligned platforms

Track, evaluate, and optimize all revenue-generating offers (from audits to the Content Lab)

Manage the affiliate program and other passive income visibility efforts

Support with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start-to-finish experience

Keep our internal launch calendar organized and ensure deadlines are met

Role Details:
Location: In-house at our Aurora, ON HQ (this is not a remote role)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST
Compensation: Base hourly rate + performance bonuses for leads and client conversions
Start Date: As soon as we find our perfect match 💕
