THE CHALLENGE
When Ashley, the owner of two Skinnovatio GCB locations, reached out to us, she was struggling to create a social media presence that truly reflected her brand vision. The agency she was working with at the time was only scratching the surface—posting generic content that didn’t speak to her target audience and lacked trendiness and engagement. Additionally, her med spa didn’t have a distinct brand identity or aesthetic, making it difficult to establish a strong presence.
